Baseball and Yankees inspired soap

know more about baseball than I care to know. And I knew my husband was into baseball before we got married, but I had only seen the mild side of it.  I am currently experience the full blown out baseball fan side of him.

It’s baseball season and that’s all he talks, thinks and dreams about! It can be quite interesting though. So I decided to make him a soap inspired in his team. The pin stripes were tricky. I made them with soap dough. I was happy that I was able to add the number of his favorite player on the side after cutting the bars, while still soft.  I had made them with soap dough and they were hard by then.

Since  I know that people either love the Yankees or love to hate them, I also took videos of the bat, baseball and base making.  Here they are:
