I was fascinated by a peach soap dough embed someone posted at one of the groups I belong to a couple months ago, it looked so realistic, and it was done with soap dough. It reminded me of a Southern Peach and Maple fragrance I had bought, and how ideal they would be for it. So I decided to try my hand at it. Well, my ended up looking more like nectarines, but I guess it is all in the same family,
Instead of painting the red and orange tones on the surface with micas (primarily because then I did not even know how – I have since learned to dissolve mica powders in alcohol for painting soap); I used both the yellow and red soap dough and smeared it into each other.
This concludes the fruity journey I have been into, at least for now, as I am getting ready to explore other themes in soap dough.
